Community Service - Holy Angels Student Workers
Requirements
Seeking student workers to assist in Holy Angels downtown Belmont businesses - Cherubs Cafe' & Cotton Candy Factory. Additionally, seeking assistance at the Spruced Goose Station in McAdenville. Will work with customers and assist our supported employees (the adults with intellectual disabilities who work at these three businesses).
Work Schedule
Shifts available include: Cherubs Cafe', Cotton Candy Factory, & Spruced Goose
9:30 AM - 3:30 PM - Tuesday thru Saturday

Cherubs Cafe' - 23 North Main Street, Belmont, NC
Cotton Candy Factory - 21 North Main Street, Belmont, NC
Spruced Goose Station - 118 Wesleyan Drive, McAdenville, NC 28101
Responsibilities
Cherubs Cafe / Spruced Goose Station
- Assist customers - taking orders, using Square point of sale register/IPads
- Prepare & serve ice cream desserts
- Assist with maintaining the dining area
- Assist with cleaning tasks
- Assist cafe' staff & support employees, where needed
Cotton Candy Factory
- Assist customers - weighing candy, using bar codes through the Square point of sale register.
- Assist customers with spinning cotton candy cones.
- Assist with maintaining the candy inventory
- Assist with cleaning tasks
- Assist staff & support employees, where needed
